Skills Development Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through disciplinary procedure and remuneration and benefits and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with CCMA preparation, grievance handling and employee relations in their own organisation.
