Strategic Change Control looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on critical path analysis, portfolio prioritisation and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project closure, lessons learned and change control in their own organisation.
