Strategic Delegation and Empowerment looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on negotiation at senior level, leading through change and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive presence, innovation leadership and board reporting in their own organisation.
