Strategic Employee Engagement looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on employee relations, HR analytics and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with job evaluation and grading, change management and performance management in their own organisation.
