Strategic Executive Decision Making looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on stakeholder management, executive presence and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with leading through change, leading distributed teams and organisational culture in their own organisation.
