Strategic HR Policy Writing looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on organisational design, CCMA preparation and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with job evaluation and grading, psychometric assessment and grievance handling in their own organisation.
