Strategic Operational Risk looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on internal audit interface, risk assessment methodology and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scenario analysis, key risk indicators and risk reporting to the board in their own organisation.
