Strategic Report Writing looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on media relations, message development and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with speech writing, content planning and community engagement in their own organisation.
