Strategic Stakeholder Management looks at this work from the level at which it is resourced and defended. The focus is on executive presence, stakeholder management and how both connect to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. This matters at the strategic level because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with crisis leadership, performance dialogue and mergers and integration in their own organisation.
