This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into executive decision making, negotiation at senior level and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with enterprise risk oversight, leading distributed teams and strategic planning in their own organisation.
