This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into organisational design, workforce planning and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with onboarding design, change management and psychometric assessment in their own organisation.
