Waste Management Auditing and Assurance

3 days|Delivered on request

This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether safety auditing and permit to work systems are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match. Delegates leave able to work confidently with toolbox talks, incident investigation and working at height in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Bring toolbox talks into line with current good practice, measured against ISO 45001
  • Improve incident investigation within their own organisation
  • Spot where working at height is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Explain occupational hygiene to someone who does not do the work
