Working Capital Management: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through deferred tax and internal controls on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with capital budgeting, consolidation and revenue recognition in their own organisation.
