Advanced Change Control
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into scheduling, portfolio prioritisation and the judgement calls that sit outside agile delivery practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with critical path analysis, lessons learned and stakeholder communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put critical path analysis on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against agile delivery practice
- Bring lessons learned into line with current good practice
- Spot where stakeholder communication is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of work breakdown structure rather than escalating it
