Practical Contract Management
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through service level agreements and commercial law fundamentals on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment law, contract drafting and intellectual property in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where employment law is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against established contract law principles
- Make a decision about contract drafting without waiting for a specialist
- Explain intellectual property to someone who does not do the work
- Review cross-border contracting and say plainly whether it is working
