Waste Management Masterclass
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into safety culture, permit to work systems and the judgement calls that sit outside the Occupational Health and Safety Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with environmental impact assessment, personal protective equipment and legal appointments and duties in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of environmental impact assessment rather than escalating it, measured against the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Spot where personal protective equipment is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put legal appointments and duties on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Explain root cause analysis to someone who does not do the work
