This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into circuit breaker operation, protection relays and the judgement calls that sit outside IEC standards. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because ageing plant is being asked to carry loads it was never specified for. Delegates leave able to work confidently with condition monitoring, insulation testing and substation operation in their own organisation.
