This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through employment law and corporate governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with company secretarial practice, board procedure and commercial law fundamentals in their own organisation.
