Ethics and Integrity Management: Tools and Techniques

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through control design and combined assurance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk appetite and tolerance, fraud risk management and crisis management in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Make a decision about risk appetite and tolerance without waiting for a specialist, measured against the Basel framework
  • Review fraud risk management and say plainly whether it is working
  • Bring crisis management into line with current good practice
  • Improve third party risk within their own organisation
