Project Coordination Masterclass
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into critical path analysis, resource planning and the judgement calls that sit outside PRINCE2. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with quality assurance, project reporting and stakeholder communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of quality assurance rather than escalating it, measured against PRINCE2
- Review project reporting and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where stakeholder communication is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put risk registers on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
