Practical Project Scope Management
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through quality assurance and project closure on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with work breakdown structure, change control and critical path analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of work breakdown structure rather than escalating it, measured against PRINCE2
- Improve change control within their own organisation
- Review critical path analysis and say plainly whether it is working
- Explain risk registers to someone who does not do the work
