Advanced Project Reporting

5 days|Delivered on request

This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into scope definition, project initiation and the judgement calls that sit outside PRINCE2. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scheduling, cost estimation and critical path analysis in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Bring scheduling into line with current good practice, measured against PRINCE2
  • Improve cost estimation within their own organisation
  • Explain critical path analysis to someone who does not do the work
  • Spot where lessons learned is failing before it becomes a finding
