Crisis Leadership: Tools and Techniques
5 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through succession at executive level and delegation and accountability on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational culture, executive decision making and performance dialogue in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring organisational culture into line with current good practice, measured against the King IV governance code
- Put executive decision making on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Improve performance dialogue within their own organisation
- Spot where board reporting is failing before it becomes a finding
