Executive Communication: Tools and Techniques

5 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through leading distributed teams and strategic planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with crisis leadership, negotiation at senior level and stakeholder management in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Review crisis leadership and say plainly whether it is working, measured against established strategy execution practice
  • Explain negotiation at senior level to someone who does not do the work
  • Make a decision about stakeholder management without waiting for a specialist
  • Take ownership of organisational culture rather than escalating it
