Practical Agile Project Delivery
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through portfolio prioritisation and project closure on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project reporting, scope definition and stakeholder communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring project reporting into line with current good practice, measured against PRINCE2
- Improve scope definition within their own organisation
- Put stakeholder communication on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Explain cost estimation to someone who does not do the work
