Practical Crisis Leadership
5 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis leadership and leading through change on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with delegation and accountability, strategic planning and stakeholder management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put delegation and accountability on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the King IV governance code
- Take ownership of strategic planning rather than escalating it
- Improve stakeholder management within their own organisation
- Review executive presence and say plainly whether it is working
