Practical Employee Relations
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through succession planning and change management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment equity reporting, talent acquisition and disciplinary procedure in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain employment equity reporting to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Improve talent acquisition within their own organisation
- Take ownership of disciplinary procedure rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about workforce planning without waiting for a specialist
