Practical Organisational Culture
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through negotiation at senior level and executive decision making on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategy execution, corporate governance and delegation and accountability in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about strategy execution without waiting for a specialist, measured against established strategy execution practice
- Improve corporate governance within their own organisation
- Spot where delegation and accountability is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of leading through change rather than escalating it
