Practical Presentation Skills
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through communication auditing and media relations on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with social media strategy, campaign planning and content planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put social media strategy on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against established corporate communication practice
- Bring campaign planning into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about content planning without waiting for a specialist
- Review issues management and say plainly whether it is working
