Practical Reputation Management

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through content planning and press release writing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with message development, campaign planning and issues management in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Take ownership of message development rather than escalating it, measured against established corporate communication practice
  • Explain campaign planning to someone who does not do the work
  • Review issues management and say plainly whether it is working
  • Bring social media strategy into line with current good practice
