Project Reporting: Tools and Techniques

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through quality assurance and scope definition on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with work breakdown structure, lessons learned and resource planning in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Bring work breakdown structure into line with current good practice, measured against agile delivery practice
  • Review lessons learned and say plainly whether it is working
  • Improve resource planning within their own organisation
  • Spot where cost estimation is failing before it becomes a finding
