Public Affairs: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through internal communication and communication auditing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with content planning, crisis communication and press release writing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where content planning is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Review crisis communication and say plainly whether it is working
- Improve press release writing within their own organisation
- Take ownership of brand positioning rather than escalating it
