Scenario Analysis: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through risk assessment methodology and risk reporting to the board on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scenario analysis, third party risk and internal audit interface in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about scenario analysis without waiting for a specialist, measured against COSO ERM
- Bring third party risk into line with current good practice
- Improve internal audit interface within their own organisation
- Take ownership of key risk indicators rather than escalating it
