This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through mergers and integration and strategy execution on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, stakeholder management and leading distributed teams in their own organisation.
