Advanced Change Management

5 days|Delivered on request

This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into CCMA preparation, job evaluation and grading and the judgement calls that sit outside the Skills Development Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with workforce planning, succession planning and skills development planning in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Put workforce planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Skills Development Act
  • Take ownership of succession planning rather than escalating it
  • Make a decision about skills development planning without waiting for a specialist
  • Review psychometric assessment and say plainly whether it is working
