Advanced Industrial Relations
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into organisational design, talent acquisition and the judgement calls that sit outside the SABPP competency model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with grievance handling, onboarding design and employment equity reporting in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review grievance handling and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the SABPP competency model
- Improve onboarding design within their own organisation
- Put employment equity reporting on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of succession planning rather than escalating it
