Advanced Portfolio Management
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into risk registers, project closure and the judgement calls that sit outside PRINCE2. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with critical path analysis, scheduling and portfolio prioritisation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put critical path analysis on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against PRINCE2
- Improve scheduling within their own organisation
- Bring portfolio prioritisation into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of quality assurance rather than escalating it
