Agile Project Delivery: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through quality assurance and work breakdown structure on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with benefits realisation, project closure and portfolio prioritisation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about benefits realisation without waiting for a specialist, measured against PRINCE2
- Explain project closure to someone who does not do the work
- Put portfolio prioritisation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring critical path analysis into line with current good practice
