Brand Communication: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through brand positioning and content planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with spokesperson training, campaign planning and community engagement in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve spokesperson training within their own organisation, measured against stakeholder mapping methodology
- Put campaign planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of community engagement rather than escalating it
- Explain communication auditing to someone who does not do the work
