Corporate Communication: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis communication and interview technique on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with reputation measurement, campaign planning and speech writing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review reputation measurement and say plainly whether it is working, measured against stakeholder mapping methodology
- Bring campaign planning into line with current good practice
- Spot where speech writing is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put internal communication on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
