This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through strategy execution and board reporting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with succession at executive level, enterprise risk oversight and delegation and accountability in their own organisation.
