HR Policy Writing: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through disciplinary procedure and HR analytics on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with change management, organisational design and psychometric assessment in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring change management into line with current good practice, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Put organisational design on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Make a decision about psychometric assessment without waiting for a specialist
- Explain job evaluation and grading to someone who does not do the work
