Job Evaluation: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through job evaluation and grading and remuneration and benefits on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with onboarding design, psychometric assessment and change management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve onboarding design within their own organisation, measured against the Skills Development Act
- Bring psychometric assessment into line with current good practice
- Review change management and say plainly whether it is working
- Explain grievance handling to someone who does not do the work
