Human Capital Strategy: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through workforce planning and employment equity reporting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employee relations, CCMA preparation and onboarding design in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where employee relations is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Bring CCMA preparation into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of onboarding design rather than escalating it
- Explain employee wellness to someone who does not do the work
