Job Evaluation Masterclass

5 days|Delivered on request

This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into remuneration and benefits, disciplinary procedure and the judgement calls that sit outside the Skills Development Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with CCMA preparation, employment equity reporting and onboarding design in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Take ownership of CCMA preparation rather than escalating it, measured against the Skills Development Act
  • Put employment equity reporting on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
  • Bring onboarding design into line with current good practice
  • Spot where performance management is failing before it becomes a finding
