Organisational Culture: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through leading through change and succession at executive level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with board reporting, executive decision making and executive presence in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain board reporting to someone who does not do the work, measured against the balanced scorecard
- Put executive decision making on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring executive presence into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about leading distributed teams without waiting for a specialist
