Practical Corporate Communication
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through spokesperson training and crisis communication on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with brand positioning, message development and internal communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring brand positioning into line with current good practice, measured against established corporate communication practice
- Spot where message development is failing before it becomes a finding
- Explain internal communication to someone who does not do the work
- Review content planning and say plainly whether it is working
