Practical Report Writing
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through stakeholder mapping and spokesperson training on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with message development, reputation measurement and brand positioning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of message development rather than escalating it, measured against stakeholder mapping methodology
- Spot where reputation measurement is failing before it becomes a finding
- Make a decision about brand positioning without waiting for a specialist
- Bring crisis communication into line with current good practice
