Practical Internal Communication
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through reputation measurement and interview technique on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder mapping, message development and content planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring stakeholder mapping into line with current good practice, measured against established corporate communication practice
- Make a decision about message development without waiting for a specialist
- Review content planning and say plainly whether it is working
- Explain spokesperson training to someone who does not do the work
