Practical Event Communication
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through investor communication and content planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with crisis communication, campaign planning and brand positioning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of crisis communication rather than escalating it, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Improve campaign planning within their own organisation
- Review brand positioning and say plainly whether it is working
- Put reputation measurement on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
